Yeah! We are at the end of the parable, amazing how time flies.  Now we have truly searched our hearts, tilled the hard soil, removed/split the rocks and burned the weeds, today we look at the rewards.

Mat 13: 8, 23

But other seeds fell on good soil and produced a crop, some 100, some 60, and some 30 times what was sown.

But as for what was sown on good soil, this is the person who hears the word, understands it, and produces a crop that yields 100, 60, or 30 times what was sown.

A hundred fold yield.  My brain cannot comprehend that.  A farmer will be tremendously happy when that happens, it feels to me it will be something that three, four generations will talk about – the year grandpa got a hundredfold yield.  It is an unusually productive harvest, but not impossible.

Gen 26:12

Then Isaac sowed seed in that land and received in the same year a hundred times as much as he had planted, and the Lord favored him with blessings

Can we receive the same harvest from our hearts?  Can parts of our hearts be 100 fold blessed, other parts 60 and other parts 30  fold?  I think where we have taken care that our hearts are prepared and we soak up the Word and we believe 100%, God is faithful, He will bless and bless and bless.  The Bible is filled with blessings and promises – if we repent and go back to God, He will…………  Blessed are those……………

 Ps 72:16

There shall be abundance of grain in the soil upon the top of the mountains [the least fruitful places in the land], the fruit of it shall wake like [the forests of] Lebanon, and [the inhabitants of] the city shall flourish like grass of the earth.

Even if you think it is a lost case – there are parts of your life that can never be fruitful – never underestimate God. Nothing is impossible with God,  He can even make the mountaintops fruitful.

Isaiah 30:23

Then will He give you rain for the seed with which you sow the soil, and bread grain from the produce of the ground, and it will be rich and plentiful. In that day your cattle will feed in large pastures.

Heb 6:7-8

For the soil that has drunk the rain that repeatedly falls upon it and produces vegetation useful to those for whose benefit it is cultivated, partakes of a blessing from God. But if [that same soil] persistently bears thorns and thistles it is considered worthless and near to being cursed, whose end is to be burned

May God bless your heart, and keep your heart from hurt, from people walking over it, from any hard rocks and prickly thorns.  May your territory for the Lord grow and may it be blessed a hundred fold.  May your harvest of grain and/or fruit be plentiful and may you rest in the shadow of the great willow tree.  May God’s blessings exceed your highest expectations!! <3
